Guests look forward to enjoying their home stay, service and experience, but we understand there are times when you may need to cancel. When you do, we recommend you also send your guests a message as soon as possible.
When you cancel a service or experience reservation, it will be cancelled for all guests. If you need to cancel the service or experience for specific guests, contact the guest or contact us to cancel for the selected guests.
You may not be able to cancel active home reservations or those for which check-in is scheduled to occur within 24 hours. In those cases, you’ll need to contact us.

We will waive the fees and, in some cases, the other consequences if you’ve cancelled because of a major disruptive event or certain valid reasons beyond your control.
